Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Beautiva scrubs. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or altered.

Free Size Exchanges in the UAE

Not the right fit? Customers in the UAE get one free size exchange per order. We'll arrange a courier to collect your item and deliver your new size at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

UAE exchanges: free.
UAE returns for a refund: return shipping is paid by the customer.
International returns and exchanges: return shipping is paid by the customer.
Wrong or defective item: always free. We cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us within 30 days of delivery by WhatsApp at +971 54 584 6667 or by email at Dressbeautiva@gmail.com.
Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, the reason, and the new size for exchanges.
We'll confirm your request and arrange a courier pickup from your address. Please have the item packed and ready.

Refunds

Once your return is collected and inspected, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Bundle Purchases

Items bought with a bundle discount (for example, 2 or 3 sets) can be returned individually. The refund will be the discounted price you paid for that item.

Final Sale Items

Personalized or custom items, and any items marked as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
